When using Voice Appear, the following data is processed:
- Account data: Email address and password upon registration
- Audio data: Voice recordings used for conversion into text

- Payment data: For paid subscriptions
4. Processing of Audio Data
Your voice recordings are processed exclusively on servers within the European Union. Audio data is only stored for the duration of transcription and is deleted immediately after conversion into text. We do not use your audio data for training or any other purpose.

Account data is stored for the duration of the contractual relationship and deleted after cancellation in accordance with statutory retention periods. Audio data is deleted immediately after processing. Payment data is retained for 10 years in accordance with tax law requirements.
